张健萍,女,2013年清华大学博士毕业后,入职中国医学科学院血液病医院(血液学研究所)助理研究员。主要从事CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑系统的优化及基因治疗等方面的研究。作为负责人,主持1项国家自然科学青年基金项目、1项协和青年科研基金、1项实验血液学国家重点实验室自由申请项目;作为主要参与人,参与重大科学研究计划1项、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程1项以及中央科研院所基本科研业务费1项;作为其它参与人,参与国家级和省部级项目多项。发表论文10余篇,其中以第一作者在Genome Biology、Stem cell reports、Scientific reports和Journal of biological chemistry等国外SCI学术期刊发表论文4篇。

Our team member is young and energetic.Our laboratory primarily focuses on both genetic and epigenetic mechanisms in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, with each project guided by methods intended to elucidate basic principles as well as practical solutions.
